Willy Woo: Bitcoin Significantly Decoupled from U.S. Stocks
On September 6, crypto analyst Willy Woo stated that Bitcoin is significantly decoupling from the trends of U.S. stocks. The last time such a degree of decoupling occurred was in 2015, which preceded the Bitcoin bull market of 2017. In 2014, the stock market was still in a bull phase, while BTC experienced a bear market that was unrelated to stock market trends. From 2015 to 2016, the stock market fluctuated weakly for two consecutive years, yet BTC entered a bull market; subsequently, in 2017, when the stock market also turned bullish, BTC surged further. Willy Woo believes that the current market pattern is similar to that time: BTC liquidity continues to strengthen, while the stock market is beginning to show signs of weakness.
