Grass Reports Approximately $14.52 Million in Revenue for the First Half of the Year
Decentralized bandwidth sharing and AI data infrastructure project Grass announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Grass DataCo Ltd., provides data infrastructure to AI laboratories and has released an independent revenue verification covering until the second quarter of 2026. Grass stated that the revenue generated from customer contracts goes directly to Grass DataCo Ltd., not Wynd Labs, which is an independent vendor assisting in product development and marketing. The verification document shows that from March 14, 2025, to December 31, 2025, the reported revenue is approximately $17.5869 million, with cash receipts verified at about $16.2395 million; from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, the reported revenue is approximately $14.5276 million, with cash receipts verified at about $11.3514 million. The total reported revenue for both periods is approximately $32.1145 million, with verified cash receipts of about $27.5909 million, resulting in a discrepancy of approximately $4.5236 million related to long-term contract delivery and a payment cycle of about 60 days. Grass indicated that it will reinvest most of its revenue back into the business, with early procurement of computing and storage reducing average monthly network operating expenses by over $2.5 million, which it claims is one of the direct reasons for achieving profitability. The project will continue to build an ecosystem centered around tokens and will incorporate financial transparency as part of establishing trust.
