SiMa.ai Completes $150 Million Series C Funding, Led by Amplify

SiMa.ai, a physical artificial intelligence company, has completed a $150 million Series C funding round, co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify. Other participants include Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, Maverick Capital, Point72, and StepStone Group, with new investors AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital, JPMorgan Chase, and the state of Michigan joining in. The company has raised a total of $500 million, with a valuation of $1.45 billion. The funds from this round will be used to accelerate the scaling of the Palette Neat agent software environment, with plans to launch a dedicated physical AI chip capable of achieving 1000 dense TOPS computing power in the first half of 2028.
