NBU Revokes License from Ukr-Fin-Group, Three Companies Receive Warnings
The National Bank has revoked the license of the financial company Ukr-Fin-Group due to repeated violations of prudential requirements. Three other financial companies, ST Finance, Atlantis Capital, and Bright-K, received written reservations. Ukr-Fin-Group's license was revoked after two or more violations within the last six months. ST Finance and Atlantis Capital faced shortcomings in corporate governance and internal control, while Bright-K received a reservation for violating NBU requirements on corporate governance. All three companies must rectify the violations by October 20, 2026. The NBU also excluded one type of financial service from Fintech Mercury, as the company had not provided this service for six months. After the license change, Fintech Mercury retains the right to provide loans and engage in factoring. All decisions were made on September 28.
