Helix Digital Secures $1 Billion Investment from Samsung Group
Helix Digital Infrastructure, an American AI infrastructure company, has announced a $1 billion investment from Samsung Group, with participation from Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDS, and Samsung SDI. Helix was established in June 2023 by KKR, the Kuwait Investment Authority, NVIDIA, and American power producer Vistra, and is led by former Amazon Web Services CEO Adam Selipsky. The company's operations span semiconductor, data center, cloud computing, and finance sectors. This investment will help Samsung Group further expand its presence in the AI infrastructure market.
