Strive purchased 1,107 BTC for approximately 94.5 million USD between September 21 and September 25, averaging 85,396 USD per coin, as per a Form 8-K filed with the SEC. The company's total Bitcoin holdings now stand at 27,462 BTC, valued at about 2.3 billion USD based on Friday's closing price of 83,943 USD. This acquisition marks a decrease from the previous week, when Strive added 1,355 BTC. The majority of the funding came from preferred stock, with warrant exercises generating an additional 12.4 million USD, contributing to 85% of total capital raised from SATA, Strive's variable-rate perpetual preferred stock. The share count of SATA increased by roughly 1 million to 12.2 million, giving it a notional value of about 1.22 billion USD. Strive's cash reserves also rose by 19.2 million USD to 248.8 million USD. Strive ranks fifth among public Bitcoin holders, needing approximately 16,050 more coins to catch up with Twenty One Capital's 43,514 BTC by year-end. Other firms, including Strategy and Bitmine, also reported significant acquisitions on the same day.
